Discgolfers: There’s still time to register for the second annual Crane Creek Ace Race that happens 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 12, at Crane Creek Regional Park. Sponsored by Discraft, this event is open to all who enjoy disc golf, which is similar to golf except that players use flying discs instead of a ball and clubs. Registration is $25.
